These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MackNack Digital Marketing Institute’s website, services, and training programs. By enrolling or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1.Eligibility
> You must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent to enroll.
> You agree to provide accurate and complete registration details.
2. Course Enrollment & Payments
> Students pay a small monthly training fee as agreed as per MackNack.
> Upon placement, students agree to pay 10%-15% of their first-year salary (or as per agreement).
> Payments must be made on time through approved payment methods.
3. Placement Support
> MackNack provides placement assistance, not guaranteed jobs.
> Success depends on student performance, skill application, and market demand
4. Intellectual Property
> All course materials, content, and resources are the property of MackNack.
> Students cannot copy, resell, or distribute training content without permission.
5. Code of Conduct
> Students must maintain professionalism during training and interviews.
> Misuse of institute resources or misconduct may lead to termination of enrollment.
6. Limitation of Liability
> MackNack is not responsible for job outcomes, salary levels, or third-party platforms.
> Our liability is limited to the course fee paid by the student.
7.Termination
> MackNack reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of terms.
> Students can cancel enrollment with prior notice; no refunds for monthly fees already paid.

> These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the Bangalore courts.
